Triumphant Two-and-a-Half Hour Conversation Tartlets
Roll out and cut thin rounds from
Pie crust left over from Thanksgiving Warm-Up Pie
Nestle into cups of muffin tin, pleating as necessary, and
Coat bottom and sides with
TJ’s Pumpkin Butter
Fill each tartlet with mix of
One Fuji Apple*
and
One Bartlett Pear*
Peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes then at 350 till crust is light golden brown and fruit is tender.
Serve with Black Bush Irish Blended Whiskey
