One head of cauliflower*,
doused with a mixture of
Olive oil, red vinegar, cumin, curry powder, spicy garlic salt, and cayenne, and
roasted on a bed of
Onions*, peeled and quartered,

then pureed

with chicken stock and
Buttermilk

and served with
Apples,*
Cheddar Cheese,
Peanut Butter, and
fresh bread.
